Hazel Adlam was born in Canterbury in 1965 and graduated from Christ Church University in 1987 with an Honours Degree in Art and Geography. She told us...
I have painted on commission for over 25 years, regularly showing and selling my work throughout the UK. I taught Art to GCSE and have worked closely with young children, developing their art and craft skills by organising and coordinating a variety of clubs and events. I also designed company logos and literature as well as having designed business and school websites.
I especially enjoy working with watercolours and pastels, and specialise in pet portraiture, classic vehicles & aircraft, wildlife & nature, landscapes, seascapes and floral art.
Although I work with a wide range of media, including oils, acrylics, silks and pencil, I also enjoy many other crafts such as glass painting, card and toy making, graphic design, photography and photo restoration.
